An exciting update from Community Gateway!
We have recently commenced our Allied Health Services and are excited to be able to offer Occupational Therapy assessments and intervention for HCP clients and NDIS plan managed participants in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas.
Our therapists are currently taking referrals for adolescents and adults requiring initial needs assessments (INA), functional capacity assessments (FCA), home access and modifications assessments and recommendations regarding assistive aids and technology.
