Trini’s unwavering passion for exercise physiology and her commitment to helping individuals maintain their quality of life and independence make her an invaluable asset to our wellness center. With her extensive education and expertise, she is poised to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of our clients.

Education and Expertise:

Trini’s journey in the field of exercise physiology began with her studies in Exercise and Sports Science in Chile. Seeking to deepen her knowledge and skills, she made the decision to move to Australia, where she pursued a Masters in Exercise Physiology. The program further honed her expertise, providing her with a solid foundation in understanding the intricacies of the human body and its response to exercise.

Driven by her passion for helping older individuals maintain their independence and quality of life, Trini embarked on a Ph.D. that delved into the effects of exercise on this population. Her research focused on developing exercise programs specifically tailored to the needs of older individuals, with the goal of promoting physical function and overall well-being. Trini’s Ph.D. work emphasised the importance of exercise in maintaining independence, improving mobility, and preventing age-related decline.

The Role of an Exercise Physiologist:

Exercise physiologists play a vital role in the realm of allied health, specialising in the prescription of exercise programs for various populations.
